Paul completed his undergraduate degree in physiotherapy at UEL before undertaking his masters degree in Sports Medicine Exercise and Health at UCL where his research project focused on foot and ankle rehabilitation in basketball players. Paul has held the post of Honorary Lecturer at UCL since 2016.

Paul has worked in elite sports for many years including Essex County Cricket, Great Britian Basketball and most recently Tottenham Hotspur Football Club where he was First Team rehabilitation physiotherapist.

In his role at Tottenham he successfully returned players from a variety of injuries working with players from acute injury to end stage pitch rehab. He developed and implemented foot and ankle testing protocols, pre season injury screening and injury prevention strategies for the Academy and First Team squads.
Jason is an experienced physiotherapist currently working as a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy at the University of Winchester alongside maintaining his consultancy work for a variety of Professional and Olympic sports.
Prior to his work in academia, he worked for the English Institute of Sport as the Lead Physiotherapist for both British Gymnastics (Tokyo Cycle) and British Judo (Rio Cycle). Jason has extensive experience of elite performance environments having previously worked at the Chelsea FC Academy and the Royal Ballet Company.
Jason has degrees in both Sports Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He is a member of both the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine (ACPSEM).
