CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:

• More than 42 days’ notice: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• Between 42 and 21 days’ notice: You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

• Less than 21 days’ notice: Unfortunately, no refund can be issued.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.
