Currently working as 1st Team Physiotherapist at Everton FC, Paul has spent his career working with elite footballers and high-performance athletes, specialising in the assessment, rehabilitation and return-to-play management of complex foot and ankle injuries

Sporting Foot & Ankle is a specialist two-day practical course designed to give clinicians a comprehensive understanding of the management of foot and ankle injuries from early assessment through to return to sport.

Across the weekend you will learn how to:

  • Apply clinically relevant anatomy to foot and ankle case studies

  • Clinically reason and implement appropriate assessment techniques

  • Justify and utilise evidence-based treatment and taping skills

​

  • Plan the progression of an injury from early stage to return to performance

​

  • Appropriately select an appropriate battery of testing and monitoring tools including the use of cutting-edge technology to aid your decision making

Who should attend this course?

This course is designed for physiotherapists, sports therapists, sports rehabilitators and other clinicians who regularly work with foot and ankle patients.

What is included in the course fee?

Your fee includes two full days of in-person teaching, hands-on workshops, course materials and a certificate of attendance.

Is lunch and refreshments provided?

Tea and coffee are provided throughout the day. Lunch is not included, but there are nearby food options at each venue.

What should I bring on the day?

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical work. All equipment and learning materials will be provided.
